Product description
 

The intake valve is based on the introduction of American advanced technology, with advanced manufacturing equipment, 20 years of professional manufacturing experience in intake valves, and customized products according to the customer's pressure control range. The intake valve valve can be made of aluminum alloy / brass / FKM / PTFE according to different compressors. The product has good corrosion resistance, strong adaptability, high sensitivity, and long service life. The product conforms to the national GB/T13927- 92 valve pressure test standard.

Function and Effect
 

1．The control ability to adjust the air intake of the compressor；

2．When starting, in star —— delta operation mode, the control signal closes the valve until the control signal is converted and the valve opens；

3．During normal operation, the corresponding control signal for opening and closing of the valve meets the requirements for the use of air supply；

4．When closed, the built-in check valve is closed to prevent the backflow of oil and gas。

Design Features
 

1．The intake pressure difference is the smallest in the straight-through intake structure；

2．The intake valve body is sealed with PTEE and FKM seals, long life, safe and reliable；

3．Good compatibility of seals with lubricating oil；

4．The inside and outside of the casting is sandblasted and never corrodes；

5．Integral shell；

6．Use this valve to omit the oil stop valve in the oil circuit system and the discharge check valve at the compressor outlet。
